An intense video from March 2020 shows the Nigerian Army running down, running over, and finally gunning down a fleeing Boko Haram insurgent in Borno State in north-eastern Nigeria. The event followed a Boko Haram massacre in which 92 Nigerian troops were wiped out by the jihadists.
