Video recovered from the Vietnam era shows what is believed to be an NVAF MiG-17 being shot down during the Vietnam conflict by a sidewinder missile from the USAF.

This footage is certainly lacking in context. All we know for sure is that it was historically recorded during the Vietnam conflict and it shows the shootdown of a MiG-17 from the North Vietnamese Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict of the 1960s and 1970s.
