Video reportedly shows Mexican journalists embedded with a local militia defense group when they are ambushed by Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), formerly known as Los Mata Zetas.

The militia group rapidly learns that their improvised 1/4" sheet armor is not up to the challenge of stopping incoming rifle rounds. Bullets rip through the steel and ricochet around inside the bed of the pickup. The video ends before we can learn the outcome of the event, but the crew doesn't appear to be making an attempt to get out of the kill zone.
