The video reportedly shows police attempting to stop a pickup truck in the Mexican state of Sonora, but the criminal suspect vehicle refuses to stop.

At one point the suspect driver accelerates rapidly in an attempt to escape, but the authorities open fire on the truck. It's likely that the driver was fatally hit and the truck continued to coast, in gear, and eventually come to a halt once it hit an obstacle.
