The Kurdish Counter Terror Group (CTG) of northern Iraq released a video reported to show a recent night raid in which an Islamic State sleeper cell was captured and arrested.

Although ISIS has been unable to regain a significant foothold in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq, the terror groups continues to pose a threat, working in the shadows to keep their ideology alive.

The CTG are a highly trained and extremely capable unit that trains and regularly interoperates with US special operations forces in the region.
