Video reportedly filmed on Jul. 24, 2021 shows Kurdish fighters of the Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) using an anti tank guided missile (ATGM) to destroy a Turkish military Kirpi (Turkish: "Hedgehog") mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicle (MRAP) in the Shera district of Syria's Aleppo governorate.

The HRE claimed five Turkish soldiers were killed and an additional eight were wounded. However, third-party sources are stating that only two Turkish troops were killed in the incident. Aftermath footage shows surviving troops evacuating to a nearby dwelling for cover. Later, various SUVs roll in to evacuate wounded and dead still in the vehicle. It's unclear why the Turkish military vehicle was operating solo.
