Footage from Iraq's war against the Islamic State reportedly shows the moment an RPG warhead, fired by an Iraqi soldier, almost makes a direct hit on a running ISIS fighter.

The RPG likely wasn't fired at this specific individual, but probably at his suspected location, and it was coincidence that he happened to step out of cover at the time of the launch. Although the running terrorist isn't consumed by the visible explosion, it is certainly possible that he may have been hit, to some degree, by unseen shrapnel of the exploding munition.
