Footage from Iraq's war against the Islamic State, most likely recorded sometime between 2016 and 2018, shows a defensive line of Iraqi troops facing a rapidly-charging Islamic State suicide vehicle borne improvised explosive device (SVBIED).

Luckily for the Iraqi soldiers, one of them is a skilled rocketeer and is able make a direct hit on the incoming death machine with a rocket propelled grenade (RPG) which causes the immediate detonation of the onboard ordnance.

The cameraman's position is pelted with dirt, debris, and wreckage, but they are incredibly fortunate to be alive. Lacking any kind of conventional military capability but brimming with psychopathic religious zealotry, terror groups like ISIS rely heavily on suicide attacks as their highest casualty causing tactic.
