Indonesian Commandos Raid Free Papua Movement Encampment

Helmet camera footage released by Indonesian commandos shows a raid against an encampment occupied by members of Papuan KKB, better known as the Free Papua Movement.


According to translated reports from the region, members of the KKB conducted an ambush on Indonesian Special Police, but were quickly turned. Following that, members of the Homeyo Military Regional Commando Force conducted a raid on a suspected nearby compound that housed members of the KKB.


The footage above was recorded on a helmet camera by a member of the commando unit sent in to conduct the raid.
