A video showing a series of raids on Islamist terror targets across Russia was released by the Russian FSB, and one of the segments shows officers rappelling into a multi story apartment building window to make an arrest.

The first half of the video shows clips from multiple raids across Russia in which 19 Islamist suspects were detained. Additionally, excavations of cache sites recovered stores of rifles, ammunition, and bomb making materials.

The latter part of the video focuses on raids carried out in Crimea and Tatarstan against financiers facilitating Islamic State operations. The FSB reports claim the IS operatives had been operating for a couple years under the guise of a charity group.
