Ukrainian drone operators dropped a modified grenade onto a Russian MT-LB vehicle, making a direct hit. The grenade's payload is relatively small, intended to kill or wound unprotected troops within close proximity to the blast area, so it is unlikely that the vehicle sustained any significant damage. Had it fell through the open hatch, however, the Russian crew would have suffered a much different fate.
