Determined Rebel Ignores Incoming Rounds to Fire Rifle Grenade

A determined rebel fighter wielding an antique rifle-mounted grenade system ignores incoming explosive rounds of an unknown origin to get his shot off.

I've seen this guy in real life before. Not this exact guy, but a guy with a weapon system he really wants to shoot off at the people he perceives as his enemy. In my experience, this guy can't be stopped, unless he's killed in the process of shooting his shot. For me, I met this guy in Afghanistan, and he really wanted to shoot the SMAW at the Taliban. He would stop at absolutely nothing to get his shot off, and in every situation he would try to get into a cold position to prep his rocket.

One day he finally got to shoot his SMAW. He was the happiest guy on the face of the planet. The guy in this video is a direct representation of that young Marine to me. It's obvious from the video that he'd been looking for his opportunity to shoot his rifle-mounted grenade for quite some time, and not even incoming artillery and RPG rounds were going to stop him from shooting his shot.

If you need a little motivation today, but you're struggling, remember. This guy got to shoot his rifle-mounted grenade. You'll get yours too.
