Footage released by the Royal Air Force shows an Islamic State T-55 turret going airborne directly after a drone strike was used to remove the armor from the battlefield.


For the purpose of context, this video was recorded somewhere in the al Anbar province of Iraq in 2015. It shows the destruction of a T-55 controlled by the Islamic State. This operation was carried out to support Iraqi Military and PMU groups conducting combat operations on the ground.
