CCTV footage recorded in a residential area in Kharkiv captures Russian shells landing in an area dominantly occupied by non-combatant civilians.

Footage released by the ТРУХА news agency in Ukraine shows the shelling of a residential area inside of Kharkiv. At this time, the number of casualties from this incident are currently unknown. It does not appear that any legitimate military targets were in the area at the time of the shelling.
