CCTV Footage from New York City shows two men casually engaging in an argument with one another. The situation quickly de-escalates and the two men seem to part ways for a moment. Then, one of the two men returns seconds later and decides to open fire on the man he was arguing with just seconds beforehand.

There is no argument in the world that's worth catching an attempted murder or murder charge over. Imagine if this guy had an ounce of firearms training and he hit the other dude, causing bodily harm or worse? Worse still, imagine if the stray round killed another entirely uninvolved person?
