Newly released footage from the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense shows the reported use of precision guided artillery against Armenian military positions during the 44-day war in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, sometimes referred to as the the 2nd Karabakh War.

The clear victory handed to the Azerbaijanis was mostly due to their investment in advanced military weaponry, while the Armenian troops relied mostly on Cold War era military hardware. While the Azeri's use of TB2 attack drones and Israeli-made Harop loiter munitions really gave them the upper hand, this video also demonstrates the effectiveness of cutting edge artillery upgrades on the battlefield.
