Members of the Anti-Junta faction operating out of Southern Kalay, in the Sagaing Region defend their territory from a military offensive. This video was recorded in August of 2022.

Outside of the date and location, I can't find much information on this specific offensive. Kalay has long been a hot spot for the Military in Myanmar, as it was one of the birth places of the current Anti-Junta movement following the military coup in 2021.
