Pakistan's Frontier Corps, a federal paramilitary border patrol agency, takes significant losses in an ambush carried out and filmed by the United Baloch Army (UBA) separatist umbrella group.

From the video we can see that the linear ambush is initiated by a massive IED buried in the road, which detonates directly under the target vehicle. Before the detonation we can see a small bolder is used as the visual marker for the trigger man.

The blast absolutely obliterates the target vehicle, and the insurgents unleash a volley of small arms and RPG fire from their elevated position. The Pakistani government confirmed the attack and the deaths of five Frontier Corps troops and one civilian contractor.
