North Korea launched an intercontinental ballistic missile that flew for nearly 50 minutes on Friday, showing the world that they are now able to strike deep within the mainland of the United States.
Defense experts say the North Korean nuclear weapons program still has a few hurtles to clear with reentry of the atmosphere as well as precision guidance, but they are expected to work out those kinks within the next few tests at their current rate.
