Agents from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) discovered a missile launcher in a man’s checked bags at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
The man identified himself as a service member who was redeploying from Kuwait and said that the launcher was spent and no longer live. He was intending to keep the device as a souvenir.
