A rebel BGM-71 TOW missile obliterates a Syrian regime T-72 main battle tank in northern Hama on 11 November 2017. You can see at least one crew member escape before the video cuts to the cook off.
The rebels that produced the video represent a regional branch of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) known as the Free Idlib Army. The group is a conglomerate of the 13th Division, the Northern Division, and the Mountain Hawks Brigade. Up until this summer, the US had been giving them support to fight the regime, and the TOW missile is likely a remaining token of that relationship. Turkey still supports the rebel group.
