Barracks life is a little bit different. For anyone who has been there, you know exactly what I’m talking about. From the late night beer binge sessions, directly to the early morning PT sessions, life in the barracks can only be described with one word. Different.
Out of all the psychosis that happens in the barracks, there is always one person that we can depend on. That person will wade past the duty hut, through the barracks brawls, around the passed out bodies of drunken service members, and always accomplish their mission.
To all of the pizza delivery people working on base, this song goes out to you. Thank you for your dedicated service to our country. Without you Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, and even Airmen everywhere would have to go hungry after their chain of command forced them to miss chow with another late night formation. You are the real MVP of the barracks.
