A video from a drone missile strike on a Taliban meeting on an unknown date supposedly in 2019, shows pinpoint accuracy and incredible camera clarity.
The video footage, possible from an MQ-9 (Predator-B) Reaper drone, shows the frame shake from the launch of the missile, followed by several seconds before the impact, indicating the great distance the missile travelled before reaching its target. For such a great distance, the image detail is great, even though it had likely been intentionally compressed and distorted before release. Warfighting technology continues to advance.
When the footage is slowed down, the munition can be seen in the frame immediately before impact. The blast is obviously effective, sending dismembered Taliban fighters in all directions.
