A video from the Ansrar al-Tawhid rebel group in Syria shows what appears to be a 115mm T-62 main battle tank cannon mounted to a flatbed truck, being employed against regime forces.
The rebels likely scavenged the cannon from an inoperable/destroyed regime tank, and through ingenuity and resourcefulness were able to develop a formidable siege weapon out of abandoned junk.
The second half of the video shows various launches of what appear to be some sort of improvised “elephant rocket” munition. The video also shows a massive explosion on a structure that is edited to give the impression it was caused by one of the rockets, but the source of the explosion cannot be confirmed.
