Kurdish Peshmerga destroy an ISIS VBIED near Mosul. In the process the vehicle’s operator becomes the first pilot of Daesh.
Near Mosul, Iraq, this Daesh suicide bomber’s plans did not unfold quite like he had hoped. One moment, he is driving down the road, bumping to some sweet Jihad tunes. The next, he is the first official pilot for Daesh. His response to his brand new skill set as a pilot, is absolutely explosive.
There is nothing more entertaining than watching these Daeshbags fail. If you were wondering why people have started to call the them Daesh, allow me to take a moment of your time to explain.
The word Daesh, is actually an acronym. It stands for Dawlat al-Islamiyah f’al-Iraq w Belaad al-Sham. Kind of a mouthful right? Here’s the kicker, the acronym sounds a lot like the Arabic word Das when said. When used in a sentence, the word is generally taken as an insult, and it’s meaning is ‘to trample down’ or ‘crush.’
This goes against the groups outlook on themselves. In their minds, these Daeshbags are freedom fighters, attempting to free an oppressed world from it’s own savagery. Kind of Ironic, because the punishment for anyone they catch using the word, is to remove their tongue. Obviously the perfect way to prove you aren’t a barbarian.
Start calling them Daesh, they hate it.
