A video from Afghanistan in 2008 shows artillerymen from the 101st Airborne Division’s 4/320th FA firing counter battery operations following a Taliban rocket attack. According to the uploader, the team was using the maximum propellant charge, also known as “Super 8” which allows the howitzer to maximize the range of the artillery piece. The concussion is impressive.
