The Navy/Marine Corps team of Aviators have decided that they will no longer be outdone by the U.S. Air Force. In order to prove this fact, they have shown on two separate occasions now that they indeed do have the largest dicks in the sky. According to Twitter User Aircraft Spots, US Navy T-34C 160937 SHUTR91 out of MCAS Miramar held a flight pattern that was in the exact shape of a penis on radar directly above the Salton Sea.
Maj. Josef Patterson, spokesman for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, confirmed that the aircraft belonged to Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 101 during a press release about the incident. In the same release, he stated that he was unsure if it was the trainer or the trainee who was responsible for the penis-esque flight path, and stated that an investigation was already underway to determine which pilot was at fault for the second-coming of the naval sky penis.
Personally, I feel that the pilot deserve at the very least a Navy Achievement Medal for his attention to detail. Everything in aviation is about attention to detail, and this pilot has displayed that his skills in this area are top notch. It reflects credit upon himself as a pilot, and the United States Marine Corps as an institution. If punishment is to be handed out, at least let the guy stay in the air, maybe even give him a shot at joining the Blue Angels later down the road.
This is the third instance of a penis being drawn in the sky by Military Aviators. You can read more about the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force Sky Penises by clicking the words U.S. Navy and U.S. Airforce. Below is the video of the U.S. Navy Sky Penis.
