Iraqi Aviation Unit Destroys ISIS Positions In Mosul While Conducting Close Air Support

Members of the Iraqi Aviation Unit and the Iraqi Ministry of Defense have released new gun tape footage from the fighting in Mosul.

As the fighting continues to rage in Mosul, ISIS is finding themselves out gunned and maneuvered by the Iraqi Aviation Unit. The Ministry of Defense for Iraq has released new gun tape footage showing the aviation units latest work, and kills, against the Islamic State in the region.

While the gun tape shows the ISIS fighters being obliterated, it is important to note that there is still a lot of work to be done inside of Mosul. The Iraqi Army is finding that for every two blocks they claim, they are losing one to re-advancing ISIS forces. On top of this, there is also the growing humanitarian crisis in Western Mosul where it is reported that hundreds of thousands of civilians are caught between the Iraqi Military and ISIS fighters.

Keep up the good work boys. Hammer them into nothingness until every last Daesh-bag is dead.
