Inside A Special Forces Shoot House

Members of the U.S. Army’s 7th Special Forces Group use painful simunition rounds to sharpen close quarters battle skills with Chilean Navy Special Forces during exercise Emerald Warrior 2015.

Simunition rounds contain a wax marking compound housed in a plastic shell, which make for a great training aid. They inflict just enough pain to make the trainees want to avoid being shot, and if the appropriate clothing is not worn they can leave some pretty nasty marks.
