A tank crew is caught off guard while scanning for targets. A second tank comes from the rear and quickly dispatches them from behind.
Somewhere in Syria, two tanks meet on the battlefield. One tank is scanning for targets, while the other is maneuvering in for the kill. The second tank moves into a superior flanking position, and destroys the scanning tank.
360 degree security is imperative, especially when your inside of an armored box with limited and constricted visibility. The second tank realized that the scanning tank was either alone, or vulnerable with no security. They took the initiative, and exposed themselves long enough to destroy their enemy while they were off guard.
