A Syrian rebel uses a 9K111 Fagot missile launcher system to target a group of Syrian troops walking in the open. The soldier on the left is the only one to significantly react to the incoming anti tank missile, and his response probably saved his life. The other troops lie either dead or severely wounded, and when more soldiers arrive to help, they realize they have never been given any first aid instruction. The only “help” the assisting soldier can give is moving a rifle from one side of the street to the other. He is helpless. In any war you never want to get hit. In Syria that is especially true, and if you do get hit, you better hope you die a quick death.
