You read that right. A Soviet-made 9K111 “Fagot” anti tank guided missile (ATGM), fired by First Coastal Division FSA rebels, makes a direct impact on a cluster of Syrian troops silhouetting themselves on a ridgeline. Most ATGM warheads are shape charges, made for cutting through armor with a directional blast, rather than designed to take out infantry. After watching the blast encompass the entire squad, it’s surprising to see the majority of them scatter for cover, still very well alive.
