An ISIS fighter is cornered by an Iranian-led Shia Iraqi paramilitary unit during clearing operations near Baiji, Iraq.
Fearing the vey real possibility that the religious psychopath may be wrapped in an explosive-laden suicide vest, the Iraqi forces are careful to let the situation develop before getting too close. They make good use of grenades, throwing them into the house from various windows and doors.
Eventually, one of the militants wounds the cornered jihadist with his rifle. They then get a grenade into the room where the terrorist is making his final stand. After the grenade pops, most likely killing the ISIS member, a militant dumps nearly an entire AK magazine into the corpse of the enemy, so as not to take any chances.
