I’ve waited my whole life for this moment, and now it’s here. The Russians have built a drone around a Kalashnikov (AK) style weapon and sent it flying into remote battle.
Russian arms manufacturer Almaz-Antey built an aerial drone around an AK-style shotgun and then tested it against a remote control recreational plane.
The outcome isn’t impressive or effective in any way. The pilot cannot even see where the AK drone is aiming, and has to guess before firing the device. Regardless, it’s a Kalashnikov with a drone built around it, and that’s something we can all appreciate.
