(NSFW) Road Rage Incident Turns Into One-Sided Gun Fight

Footage recorded on the home security camera of an Indiana man captures a road rage incident turning into a self-defense shooting in the middle of a driveway. 35-year-old Dustin L. Roecker, who was shot multiple times by the driver of the vehicle he rammed, has been charged with attempted murder, criminal recklessness, resisting law enforcement and auto theft.


According to local news reports from the area, immediately following the shooting the victim was transported to a nearby medical facility with injuries to his legs. The female passenger in the vehicle was also taken to the hospital for what was described as minor injuries.


The suspect, who fled the scene of the incident immediately once the victim started shooting, was later apprehended in Sullivan County at the conclusion of a police pursuit. He was initially moved to a medical facility for his gunshot wounds, but none of the injuries were considered life threatening.
