Hamas released footage reportedly showing a Dec. 15, 2023 deadly attack against a lightly-manned Israeli Defense Force outpost in the vicinity of Gaza's Juhor Ad Dik neighborhood.

According to the footage at least two Israeli soldiers were killed and some of their gear was looted. It's not clear why the outpost only had two soldiers present and no immediate backup.
