Helmet cam combat footage circulating on Russian Telegram channels shows and apparent Russian soldier attempting to throw an F-1 hand grenade at a nearby Ukrainian fighting position, but he accidentally hits a tree, and the grenade bounces directly back at him.

The Russian soldier keeps his wits and swats the grenade out of the air and away from his position. It can be seen exploding seconds later.
